My sister has just had a baby, in fact it was a while ago now and my baby nephew is just getting his baby teeth through and he is screaming the house down. Teething can be very painful for children, however it can be more painful to grow up with rotten teeth because your parents have not brought you up to have good oral health.

Integrating brushing teeth into a routine is really easy. It should be included morning and night. So when parents are getting their children ready for school, time should be made to brush teeth and then in the evenings before bed, the teeth should be brushed to avoid having to go to the dentist for fillings which can be a traumatic experience!
