Stop Bad Breath – Avoid Smelly Foods
Sunday, April 25th, 2010In my previous job I had many different colleagues and friends, however, there is nothing worse than coming back from lunch and sitting down to your desk when a colleague comes over and breathes in your face and they have bad breath. This is often accentuated if the person has been drinking the night before, eats garlic, doesn’t brush their teeth or even smokes and then doesn’t chew some gum or have a mint.
This is one of my personal HATES, it is disgusting!!! Brush your teeth and have some consideration for other people. It is just plain bad manners to have bad breath and then force others to put up with smelling it. It is anti-social. On occasions there are medical reasons for bad breath but the majority of the time it is people having bad personal hygiene so sort your bad breath out!!
