Sweet tooth
Tuesday, June 29th, 2010Only the most honest of us will admit to having a sweet tooth. A sweet tooth is where we have a fairly large appetite for sweet food, which in turn, effects our teeth. The more sugary food that we have eat, the more plaque is attracted and thus the easier it is for the tooth corrodes. This can be combated by eating foods with less sugar, or sweet foods with no sugar. Also, brushing our teeth twice a day can keep them clean and looking fresh, whilst also taking care of any plaque, as well as keeping them whiter than not.
